Paula, Founder & CEO

Paula is an online business manager enabling entrepreneurs and business owners to have the freedom to do what they do best. Paula is the reliable extra pair of hands, the like minded business buddy and your businesses chief cheerleader. An experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) with more than 20 years business management and administration experience prior to becoming a VA. She has worked across various sectors in predominantly managerial roles, furnishing her with the skills to implement and manage in all areas of business. She is extremely organised and has a penchant for systems and process.

Sophia, Virtual Assistant 

Sophia has 15 years experience in the Interior Design and Property Industry, with 6 of these as Company Director of her own business. She joins the team with a good knowledge of managerial tasks, project management, traditional admin and new bookkeeping qualifications. She has a practical can-do approach and a natural flair for numbers and attention to detail.

Karan, Virtual Assistant

Karan has over 20 years executive PA experience. She has acquired her excellent admin skills working in various industries such as media, financial service and recruitment.  Karan has provided high-level business administration and managed the admin and schedules of numerous SEO’s and company directors.

Dominique, Virtual Assistant 

Dom has worked across many sectors throughout her career.  She started her work for BT in their ‘151’ repairs department, following that she worked as a recruitment consultant in London.  Moving away from London Dom secured a position as PA and team secretary to the Director of Finance and his team at Siemens.  In addition, she has held the position of office manager in the Sports, Finance and Medical sectors.  Dom is also an experience audio typist.

Latterly Victoria qualified as Learning Support Teacher which has assisted her in obtaining a wide variety of skills.

Kate, Virtual Assistant 

Kate is an experienced PA and writer with a wealth of knowledge of food, agriculture, health and wellbeing.  She has worked with a diverse range of clients and projects over the past 25 years.  In her spare time, Kate enjoys baking for friends, walking, theatre, travelling and exploring new cultures and flavours.  She is also a speaker for the charity, Diabetes UK.
