How do you calculate the hours?
All work will be timed using Toggl timing software. You will only be invoiced for the hours and minutes that you use. This doesn’t include comfort breaks or making coffee! On invoicing the minutes are rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.
How will I be invoiced?
Invoices will be issued on the last working day of the month. Retainer packages are paid in advance, ad hoc work is paid in arrears. A 50% payment up front may be requested for project work. Payment terms are 14 days.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. We charge a minimum of one hour for each one-off project.
How will you protect my privacy and data?
We take the security of your data very seriously. We are registered with the Information Commissioner, Data Protection registration number ZA269193. We have our own cloud that we back up to daily. Should we be working outside our usual office we have a secure VPN to ensure privacy when using other networks.
Can I retain your services?
Retained clients commit to a set number of hours per month and are invoiced on the 1st of the month in advance. In return you receive priority over ad-hoc clients and a discounted rate.
