Who would benefit from using Advance Virtual Assistants?
Entrepreneurs, start ups and businesses, small or large, can benefit from utilising the services of Advance Virtual Assistants. It may be that you are just starting out and you do not have the funding or work load for a permanent employee, or a more established business looking for assistance with a project, event or a task that you currently don’t have the expertise for. Perhaps you have an employee that is going to be absent for a while and you’d like some support to cover that role. Or maybe it is just that you simply dont have the time (or inclination)to spend on the administrative side of the business – why not let us look after this for you?
What is a Virtual Assistant?
A virtual assistant (typically abbreviated to VA, also called a virtual office assistant) is generally self-employed and provides professional administrative, technical, or creative (social) assistance to clients remotely from a home office. Because virtual assistants are independent contractors rather than employees, clients are not responsible for any employee-related taxes, insurance or benefits, except in the context that those indirect expenses are included in the VA’s fees. Clients also avoid the logistical problem of providing extra office space, equipment or supplies. Clients pay for 100% productive work, and can work with Virtual Assistants, individually, or in multi-VA firms to meet their exact needs. Virtual Assistants usually work for other small businesses, but can also support busy executives. (Wikipedia)
What are the benefits of using a Virtual Assistant?
Key benefits are:
• Save money – pay for what you use, no PAYE, NI, pensions, holidays or sick pay
• Give you back time – so that you can focus on your core business
• Alleviate the pressure during busy periods
• Flexible – can alter the hours needed, month by month
• No office space or equipment needed
Very often owners of small businesses and start-up businesses must be a ‘jack of all trades’. Not only do you need to know your own market inside out, whether it be products or services, you need to be furnished with many other skills for your business to thrive.
Perhaps you are comfortable finding your way around accounts packages and the like, however, often there becomes a time that you simply cannot do it all.
At Advance we can alleviate the pressure and ensure that the tasks you that don’t have time for; don’t have the skills to do or quite honestly prefer not to do, will be taken care of in an efficient and professional manner.
